NOTE of ComprarMejor:
Specifically in this article we have not modified the short text, already short, that we have exposed because we had already received a claim on another website about this facsimile for a long time and we have it to a minimum. However, Moleiro editorial denounced us to Google to block the link of this page in its search engine with the following message:
«Varias páginas de la web original www.moleiro.com. El infractor copia literalmente gran parte del texto en español, lo cual camufla cambiando de orden unas pocas palabras, así como alguna que otra imagen por lo que copia a sabiendas de que no debe hacerlo. Para más inri, después traduce al inglés con su explorador las páginas que confeccionó con el texto copiado en español. El resultado: crea una página en español y otra en inglés a partir de cada página que nos copió en español.«
We regret that the Moleiro publishing house believes that we have violated some rule. If they thought that we should not “borrow” some of the text with which they report on their website about their co-edition of this facsimile, they never contacted us to modify the text that we had in good faith in this article. On the contrary, they went directly to Google. We are of the idea that speaking people are understood when there is goodwill on both sides. We deny his last sentence but we also don’t want to get into more controversy. Our visitors know very well what article it is and do not need more information.
ComprarMejor is a serious website that sells new and second-hand items, as is the case, with full warranty and with respect to our customers, our suppliers and all publishers and manufacturers. As in all the websites where facsimiles are sold, all kinds of books or any other article, when you sell something you have to report what you sell and what better information to give the one given by the publisher or manufacturer itself (than in this This is not only the Moleiro publishing house, but it is also offered by the other two publishers that edit it). Apparently this is not liked by the Moleiro publishing house (the exception to other publishers), although we inform with respect and admiration about their works, so we have reduced to the maximum the information we offer about this article. Of course, the photographs that accompany it are ours and the article in question, we have NOT taken them from the Moleiro publisher’s website, neither before nor now.
At the time of writing these lines, and for that we do it, we are receiving daily emails from Google with the blocking notifications of our pages of articles of the Moleiro publishing house. We do not understand this campaign that said publisher has started against ComprarMejor for selling copies of its editions that are no longer its property, but of our clients or of ourselves, even in works that on their own website are considered “sold out”, so that a hypothetical competition would have no reason to be. His books are on many other websites selling second-hand items, as well as those of other publishers, and the vast majority of the times with prices lower than his own, will the same campaign start against these websites concealment? Will Google lend to it? On the internet there are no fences, no matter how much some people do not want to admit and because of many barriers that they want to put by governments and companies, and to think that it is impossible to sell something foreign, it is not knowing the reality of the publishing market and the social situation and current economic. Attacking a website that only carries out its commercial work in the most honest way possible, will only make the Moleiro publisher’s bad name among the rest of the publishers, move to the field of users and buyers of its works, as well as to the of the sellers who, due to personal circumstances, need to get rid of them and recover part of the money that was spent at the time, with the double regret that this represents: the loss of a beautiful facsimile aggravated generally by the economic loss.
The unfortunate thing about this harassment is that the Moleiro publishing house seems to demonstrate an extreme weakness in regards to its economic situation, because if a small website like ComprarMejor creates sales problems (this is never our intention since, we repeat, we are only one website more than the many that are in the market that sell third-party or own articles), or at least that is supposed to be the main reason for the complaints submitted to the Google search engine, its strength is no longer what it was.
In spite of the damage that the Moleiro publishing house is causing us, we will continue to speak well of its editions, if only for respect to the publishing house that was a reference at a certain moment of this type of works, and we will continue to feel admiration for a large part of its extraordinary facsimiles that give us so much pleasure, just as we do with the other publishers with whom we do have excellent relationships, both personal and professional. We will continue doing this without much text in the articles of copies of the Moleiro publishing house, lest we be denounced again for copying the texts they offer on their website, as is the case that has happened in this article, in which they only We made the best possible publicity to its extraordinary edition. Unfortunate to have reached this point.
