ComprarMejor<\/strong> (en sus dominios .es<\/strong>, .net<\/strong> y .org<\/strong>) garantiza la autenticidad de todos los art\u00edculos puestos a la venta y que la descripci\u00f3n de cada uno de ellos se corresponde con la realidad.<\/p>\n

Si alg\u00fan art\u00edculo tiene alguna garant\u00eda especial, se indicar\u00e1 en el texto del mismo.<\/p>\n

Todos nuestros facs\u00edmiles se encuentran en perfecto estado, nuevos o como nuevos. Si alguno de ellos tuviera alg\u00fan deterioro o se\u00f1al de uso, se hace constar en su descripci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Los libros antiguos se venden tal cual y se detalla en su texto las caracter\u00edsticas y estado de cada uno de ellos.<\/p>\n

En nuestros relojes antiguos, no podemos garantizar el 100% de precisi\u00f3n, pero s\u00ed que son totalmente originales y que se encuentran en perfecto funcionamiento. Todos nuestros relojes han sufrido un riguroso proceso de selecci\u00f3n y posteriormente una revisi\u00f3n completa y puesta a punto. Y a no ser que en la descripci\u00f3n se haga constar otra cosa, todos nuestros relojes se encuentran en muy buen estado, intentamos alcanzar el \u201ccomo reci\u00e9n salido de f\u00e1brica\u201d.<\/p>\n

Todas nuestras joyas son piezas artesanales y, por tanto, art\u00edculos \u00fanicos y exclusivos. Cualquier variaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 constar en su descripci\u00f3n. Se garantiza el metal y las piedras indicados en el texto.<\/p>\n

En las obras de arte se garantiza la autenticidad del artista y cualquier circunstancia especial se har\u00e1 constar en la descripci\u00f3n de la pieza.<\/p>\n

En muchos art\u00edculos Ud. est\u00e1 adquiriendo piezas antiguas que pueden tener desgastes normales del tiempo; no obstante, los detalles excepcionales, si es que se encuentran, se detallan en la descripci\u00f3n del art\u00edculo.<\/p>\n

Cuando exista una determinada garant\u00eda y por el tiempo que se indique, el cliente enviar\u00e1 la mercanc\u00eda a la direcci\u00f3n que le indique ComprarMejor<\/strong>. Los gastos de env\u00edo, tanto para enviar como luego para recibir el art\u00edculo, ser\u00e1n por cuenta del comprador. Mano de obra y piezas de la maquinaria incluidas en la garant\u00eda.<\/p>\n

No est\u00e1n cubiertos los defectos por mal uso, desgaste natural, rozaduras o golpes.<\/p>\n

Si alg\u00fan env\u00edo le llega en mal estado por culpa del transportista, debe hacerlo constar en el albar\u00e1n de entrega y comunic\u00e1rnoslo inmediatamente. Si ve que el paquete ha sido da\u00f1ado en el viaje, debe realizar un v\u00eddeo de su apertura para comprobar los da\u00f1os. En este \u00fanico caso, el art\u00edculo le ser\u00e1 cambiado por otro o, si no lo hubiera, reembolsado su importe \u00edntegro, una vez se haya recibido el anterior.
