This facsimile edition is part of the only original copy of the first edition of 1489, owned by Dr. Miguel Gentil Quina, from the Portuguese work Tratado de Confissom.

The book includes a study by Jose V. de Pina Martins and the facsimile reproduction of the first Portuguese incunabula.

The Tratado de Confissom is the first known book printed in Portuguese; Is a work of pastoral character directed to the priests with the responsibility of administering the sacrament of penance, that is, confession.

Edited in full skin in editorial, nerves and titles gold, format 21.5 x 28 cm. 284 pages in thick paper. Study in Portuguese, facsimile and transcription of the original text. Exemplary in perfect condition and unique in this presentation.
