For domestic shipments, as a general rule, the packets are sent by courier within the receipt of payment, with tracking number 24 hours. Depending on the item it may also be sent by regular or registered Post. If you prefer some form of shipping in particular, you should contact us before ordering or immediately after its completion.
However, for international shipments, as a general rule, the packets are sent via Priority Mail International Package. Any other means, must apply in advance of placing the order or immediately after its completion.
Shipping costs include the costs of handling and packaging and postage costs (if any), and do not include possible customs fees (these are always paid by the buyer) that could result in countries outside the Union European. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur after sending your package; we do everything possible to protect the items properly so that will not be damaged on the trip. Unless otherwise agreed, the packages travel at buyer.
In the case of returns, if they have been accepted by ComprarMejor, they should come by the same means they got them and in the same packaging and parts with which they received. Unless otherwise agreed, the return costs are borne by the buyer.
