Facsimile edition of the 1566 Valencia edition of the “Sermons of Saint Vincent Ferrer: in which he discusses the coming of the Antichrist and the Last Judgment,” dated between 1400 and 1420, published in Valencia in 2024 by Virpermar-Arte under the direction of María Virtudes Pérez.
Original held in the Valencian Library of San Miguel de los Reyes, Old Collection, Nicolau Primitiu Library, shelfmark XVI/148. Numbered edition, limited to 999 copies.
The set comes in a black cloth-covered slipcase with a gold coat of arms of Saint Vincent Ferrer and a magnetic closure, measuring 24 x 23.5 x 4.5 cm, containing:
A hardbound facsimile book in decorated parchment-like paper with the title on the spine, measuring 11 x 16 cm. 188 pages. Texts in Old Spanish from the 16th century.
And two cardboard rolls with prologues about the edition written by the Archbishop of Valencia and the Provincial Prior of the Province of Hispania (of the Dominican Order).
Complete copy in perfect, unused condition.
