Collection of facsimile documents of Christopher Columbus, preserved in the Library of the Royal Academy of History and in the General Archives of Simancas and the Indies, spanning from the landing, in 1504, of his last voyage, until his death, two years later in Valladolid. The documents are organized in a Filing Notebook mounted in a case.

The complementary 240-page volume carries a study and transcription by Demetrio Ramos.
