Description
Miniature replica of the famous armor made especially for King Philip II of Spain by one of Augsburg’s finest gunsmiths, Desiderius Helmschmid (1513-1579), in 1544. This armor, which was made primarily of steel and gold, is popular for its harmonious shape, delicate lines and solidity. With a straight sword in his hands vertically towards the ground, he represents the justice and bravery of the heroic warrior.
Made with special resins and gilded by hand, manufactured in 2002 by Veronese for his collection of historical gentlemen. We attach a card (with texts in English) from the manufacturer.
