Volumes bound in high-quality bibliophile paper, richly gold-stamped leather, gilt top edge, and ribbon guide. 15 x 21 cm, with a total of 2,120 pages with various illustrations and all of Oudry’s full-page engravings, on special laid paper with the publisher’s watermark.

Volume 2: Contains 64 fables on 528 pages with a total of 70 engravings, including the Bookplate and a full-page portrait of Jean Baptiste Oudry.
Volume 3: Contains 64 fables on 528 pages with a total of 69 engravings, including the full-page bookplate.
Volume 4: Contains 57 fables on 536 pages with a total of 70 engravings, including the full-page bookplate.
All four books are in excellent condition, despite being 56 years old, almost like new. A bibliophile gem. All contain a small, hidden bookplate from the previous owner, stamped with ink pads in the middle of the bookplate of the official engraving for each book.
These four beautiful books are accompanied by a fifth book with three works by La Fontaine, with the same characteristics as the previous ones (without the stamped bookplate), and also in excellent condition:
