In ancient times, when manuscripts codices were unique specimens, there was a bad attitude of some unscrupulous who was to detach the leaves or cut out pictures and then decorate their homes. Thanks to the new techniques of editing and printing, with those reproduced in great detail the original works, now you have the opportunity to enjoy our home without any regrets, in a small piece of these works manuscripts and historical as if part of the original were.

Leaves, edited and handcrafted by both sides, measuring 18 x 26.5 cm., Are attached by a small part in a cardboard and decorated verjurada 24 x 35 cm., Framed and ready to decorate that special place your home or office.

Quran, called Muley Zaydan:
Original preserved in the Library of El Escorial. It comes from the private library of the Sultan of Morocco Moulay Zaydan. He arrives in Spain following the victory in 1611 by Don Pedro de Lara, at sea Barbary (History of the Reign of Philip III).
It is a beautiful specimen that has sometimes been confused with that of the Battle of Lepanto. It is especially interesting because of the richness of decoration containing from start to finish. Mabsut type writing is exquisitely maintained. It is vocalized in red with sukun tasdid and blue. The titles of the suras, beautiful of, are in gold Kufic on a blue background. The folios 1v, 2r, 264v and 265v have splendid illuminations with arabesques.
At page 264 are written data concerning the place and date of the copy was executed in the Mosque of al-Badi Palace in Marrakech, being finished the 13 month Rabia II 1008 AH (November 2 1599) during the reign of Sultan Ahmad Sa’di al Mansur, father of Muley Zaydan. It is made of paper. It has 530 pages. Size: 190 x 270 mm.
